"Sometimes a dot is just a dot." Children make so much more sense than adults. In this picture (from her blue period), young Ava Ward-o-Matic presents us with a dot that she describes to Mr Ward-O-Matic as being "just a dot" - a most enlightening comment.

I had lots of informative things to discuss about this (a theory of pointilism and stuff), but I can't remember what it was. I'll let you think about it. Sometimes a link is just a link.
